How it works;
We begin by working with you to organize all of your custom home design ideas from a variety of resources as well as adding our own thoughts based on our past experience. After all ideas are gathered, we will introduce you to the architect that would best fit your personal style and taste.
We will also advise you on a lot choice, if you do not already own one, or we will locate available lots that meet your requirements. We do not require, however that your plans be generated from our architect. We also give proposals for and build plans from your personal architect of choice.
Once architectual plans are complete we will analyze every aspect of the home to
assure that you are completely satisfied. We will discuss the pros and cons of all materials and methods that will be used in the construction of your home. We will also explore cost comparisons of the different building materials that you may be considering.
Once we know what you are looking for in both a home and price range, we will begin the pricing and bidding phase of your new home. Working with you every step of the way to ensure you get the product you want for a price you are comfortable with.
As soon as you are satisfied with the design and pricing phase, construction begins!
