High Grove Commons Office Building

Nitti Development took the Role as both developer and construction manager for the High Grove Commons Office - Warehouse Condominiums in Glendale Heights, IL.  

 The High Grove Commons is part of the large High Grove Campus Industrial Park of Dupage County.

 The 64,000 Sf Concrete Precast Building is comprised of 14 individual office/warehouse condos and host an array of businesses. The building has two truck docks and over 200 parking spaces.

Nitti Development was Developer and Design/Builder of the High Grove Commons Building.
